“What Will It Be?”

Beer Please.
The CBC, brews upwards of 25 different styles of beer each year. We make a wide array of styles and are constantly changing our beer menu with the seasons and whatever our brewers feel like experimenting with. No matter what your tastes are, you’ll find something that fits you. Out of all the beers we brew throughout the year there are just 2 that we always have available in the brewpub and those are our Checker Cab Blonde Ale and our Sunset Red Ale.
As of August 26th, 2009, we are serving:
Checker Cab Blonde Ale: 5% ABV

Sunset Red Ale: 5% abv
Subtle sweetness, rich copper color from caramel malt and hoppiness at the tail end to make this a refreshing treat that is always on tap at the CBC.
Summer Solstice Wheat: 5.4% abv
Unfiltered, 55% wheat malt, gives a refreshing dry finish. Lighter in color and body than our spring wheat, this crisp ale is a must have during the hot summer months in the city. Served with lemon if you see it fit.
Hop Angel IPA: 6.7% abv
This California style IPA uses all American Hops in 4 separate additions for bittering and aromatic character. This is a fantastic IPA with prominant notes of grapefruit that remind you that you’re alive.
Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2007 GABF.
Chelsea USA (Ultimate Special Ale) 5.4%abv
An English style ale that uses american hops such as amarillo. This is a light summer ale, that goes down oh so smooth.
Gotham Stout: 6.4% abv
This stout, is much drier than our Black Hole Stout, with noticeable hop character. A great stout for summer.

Michael, Thanks for contacting us. We really don’t have the proper capacity to do contract brewing, we have in the past but it really just created problems as we are limited with space. Here are some hoops you would need to jump through before it could even be considered. You would need to supply your own keg inventory. (smallest batches we can do is 30 Kegs) Also, you would need to be able to provide your own cold storage as we are already at max capacity with our walk ins. Feel free to contact me if you would like to continue the discussion. ianchelseabrew@aol.com
Best,
